Disability Awareness Day

This coming Sabbath, September 14, will be our first Disability Awareness Day, when the services will have a special emphasis on disabilities of different forms and raising awareness within our church.

As you may have heard, we have a flourishing deaf ministry at our church and some of the students of our Introduction to British Sign Language class as well as some of our deaf friends will be taking part.

In addition to this, we'll be hearing more about supporting those with disabilities, getting details on different types of disabilities as well as hearing from the Adventist Special Needs Association (ASNA) who do a marvellous work in our South England Conference, supporting those living with special needs.

We hope to see you there on Sabbath! Feel free to invite your friends and family.
