Meeting the community at Downham

Your Future Revealed! was the promise of the recent series of meetings held at the Downham Community church. And with topics including 'Hope for the future' and 'How the world will end' community members got to hear of end-time events and how they can prepare for them. However, the 2 week long series was not only on events in the future; there were also sessions focussing on money management, family matters and social unrest. A real variety of topics which were given to help enrich understanding over a wide range.

The main speaker Pastor Alan Hart was joined by a variety of others who assisted in delivering these messages, and together they were able to give talks that spoke to those present in a meaningful way.

The main focus of the meetings was to reach our neighbours in the Downham community, and this has helped us to meet many more persons who came to our church for the first time whom we want to keep in contact with.
