Here's a poem written by one of our brethren, Prince Jamart on the occasion of a campaign that we had not too long ago. The 'Evangelist man' mentioned is none other than Pastor Nicardo Delahaye, who was the visiting speaker for the 2 week series. The mention of France in the last stanza refers to a day trip to the continent that he was supposed to go on that didn't happen!
Brother In Christ
The Evangelist man with the American twang
came to rinse out lyrics in a fi mi England
He said he brought good weather across the border
And his prophetic vibes was just like Elijah.
So for a little hile we got the heat of summer
As the atmosphere changes from being a freezer.
The clear blue skies never fall any water
And daily we keenly listen to the Holy Scripture.
As you shower down the lyrics night after night
We increase in the faith and saw more light.
The devil part inna mi just tek flight
because you tireless explain that Bible truths are right.
When you intercede for us in praise and prayer
Jesus opens the heaven and blessings shower.
With the spiritual food falling just like manna
Me nyam a five course meal and even extra.
Sometimes you act like you gone past vain
Bro, I like the part how Mamma gave you your name.
Ricardo too common, Nicardo sound better
You are priceless gem to everyone you encounter.
Your thoughts for fears are all over
Remember with Jesus the water under your feet
Concerning heights heaven is waiting for you
And if you never reach France, remember
You emit more light than the Eiffel tower.
